I'm at the point that not saying is a form of confirmation that it is. Historically there's generally been something in a press release that indicates the cause, and now too many of them are mute on that point for it to be a mistake in the reporting process.

Also they couldn't really say "after a battle with a short illness" if he was seen healthy a few days ago. That's immediate territory
