My wife did. Bad flu, lasted 2 weeks. History of renal issues, but resolved at home with hcq and zpak. I lost taste and smell for 5 days and had a headache. Kids never got it
My sister in AZ had it in January and she still hasn't retained her sense of taste and smell. The doctor had offered her ivermectin and she refused. She got over it in 1.5 weeks, but it's been 8 months now and her senses have worsened. From what I have read, if she had taken ivermectin she'd probably smell and taste fine by now.
I found this article after I replied to your comment. It talks about spike protein either from the virus or vaccine is resulting in prion disease which attack the nervous system which can cause altered smells or no smell.
Thanks for the info. My wife lost her sense of taste and smell in 2019 because she was hit by a car and had a concussion. I've done a lot of research and a this condition being caused by a virus is not a new thing. I had two online friends tell me that they had a really bad cold or something which caused them to lose their sense of taste and smell for a few months. This "novel coronavirus" isn't so novel after all.
i still don't know anyone who even had a rough time with the china virus
