MSM's control and command lines of communication were tapped long ago and misinformation pushed into the stream.
Recently the lines were completely severed and The Puppet Masters have no ability to control or command anything.
Some of the MSM is being manipulated by The Patriots In Control, some is left on autopilot because it is so screwed up manipulating it would make it better. Never interfere with an enemy who is making mistakes.
A few of the Elite MSM Agents of Influence are isolated, Chuck Todd, Anderson Cooper, Fredo, etc. They are just screwed and they know it.
Operation Mockingbird has phased into Operation Mockingjay and the signal being received by the MSM now comes from the Patriots In Control.
The Patriots in Control now pit the MSM and its allies against the Elite Message Managers and Narrative Engineers like Ron Klain, Jen Psaki, Ben Rhodes et al. who are operating the levers of government, not Biden, not Harris.
These Elite Mangers and Engineers, who direct and drive messaging, know that the MSM has been co-opted by The Patriots In Control, but are unable to reveal the manipulation of the MSM to the general public without revealing how the whole rotten system had been manipulated by them... for ever. Foist = force or impose somebody or something unwanted. Canard = fake news. But the Shakespeare phrase means poetic justice, blow yourself up on your own bomb. Double meaning? Mirror?
