Considering people have warned us about using viruses to enslave the world more than 20 years ago, and also considering the first attempted bombing of WTC happened a few years before that, that they planned out the demolition of the WTC quite early on. As for the Israeli medallion, it might not be exactly WTC, but I think the idea had been germinated long long ago.
