If fertility issues existed , it would be well known. I have used ivermectin on my animals for decades. Yet I’m am the idiot for believing ivermectin does not harm fertility. I should just bow down the vax god.

You can’t explain that to a lib. Their lack of reasoning skills is perplexing.
Its really not that hard to understand why libs are the way they are. They are immersed in propaganda from birth, and their entire life they have been getting rewarded for regurgitating the propaganda.
After a while, it becomes inconceivable to them that they could be so wrong about everything.
Thats why one of their favorite go-to “arguments” is the ole, oh, you don’t believe X?, i suppose you don’t believe Y either!
You don’t believe white men walked on the moon? I suppose you don’t believe the earth is round!!
Or the ole, are you saying EVERYONE is in on it? Someone would talk!!
Oh, you don’t want to take this sketchy ass vaccine? I suppose you don’t want a doctor to set your broken leg!!
Theres got to be a proper name for these hare-brained fallacies
Perhaps the “straw man”? I think it applies since they assign beliefs to us and then bash those beliefs. Maybe there’s a more specific term for this situation, or a related one that includes the element of generalization seen here, but I wouldn’t know it
That’s pretty much the crux of it, combined with disingenuousness levels that are off the charts, and a total lack of shamelessness.
As just one glaring example: anyone who can’t see, or more likely, won’t admit, that it was the Democrat Left that directly destroyed the black family, and brought chaos, heartache, destruction and death to that targeted demographic (and then cravenly demagogued and profited off that misery and division for half a century) is some ghastly combination of monumentally stupid or monumentally dishonest.
