So is there a searchable database of people who have been jabbed or not? I have heard conflicting information.

Not searchable by us, but for HR divisions inside hospitals who have mandated the vax?

No federal database.

And hopefully if they live in a blue state like Cali they're not smart enough to say they got it out of state and use a corresponding lot #

Some states have a database. Whether or not an employer is able to access it, I cannot answer.
