Yeah I thought I was red pilled as hell. Within the past few weeks I've delved into how bullshit Germ Theory is. I'm reading the history of it in a book called Beauchamp or Pasteur.
This lead me to Aajonus Vonderplanitz and his raw meat diet. So I'm trying it. I love raw milk and I've had raw eggs, but never tried raw meat. It's a trip, for sure, but raw milk was weird when I first tried it.
The red pill is that bacteria and viruses are the creators and protectors of life and the medical and food establishment do everything in their power to kill it with antibiotics, pasteurization...etc.
yeaaaaaaa this is falling into the conspiracy rabbit hole/trap that LITERALLY EVERYTHING we have ever learned is a lie. Which is absurd. There are ALOT of things we have been lied to about, but there alot of things about the real world and science that anyone can test and observe for themselves. I have an open mind but you would need extraordinarily compelling evidence to show me that eating raw meat and food is somehow beneficial...
most of the health advances and eradication of old diseases we've experienced in the modern era are because of the advancement of basic hygiene practices especially when it comes to food, prep, storage and transport
Health advances and eradication of old diseases? Who told you this?
You know what I see? An epidemic of obesity, diabetes, heart disease, cancer....etc. None of that existed before Agriculture and the Agriculture lobby...who brought you the infamous food pyramid that told you to eat TONS of bread and NO animal fat. Then obesity and all our health problems skyrocketed. You can find charts for all that to prove it. Then they manufactured trans fat like margarine. They made everything fat-free and replaced it with sugar and synthetic crap to keep the taste and shelf stability. Then the government cracks down on raw milk.
It's completely upside down. Don't fool yourself into believing man-made foods and diets have it figured out over nature.
Maybe do some reading into the history of it all before coming to a strong opinion. I love history because it gives you the 40,000 ft overview of what's going on today. History gives you perspective and that's why the left wants to destroy it.
none of what you said has anything to do with what I said. Which is that basic hygiene practices have been responsible for the eradication of most diseases. I think even vaccines of the past were questionable in their efficacy from what we now know of the medical establishment.
I 100% agree with you on the food pyramid. It is ass backwards and grains are greatly over represented. This doesn't mean the answer is a diet of raw meat lol. You can do that if you want an increased chance of parasites and salmonella. Animal fats can be obtained just the same from properly cooking your meat... and even saving and reusing the rendered fat for other dishes.
The health and obesity epidemic is also muti-faceted. In addition to this over representation of grain on the faulty food pyramid is an increasingly sedentary lifestyle and lack of any physical training or effort which is where the excess of carbs would actually get used. Diet is the most important though as it is impossible to outwork a bad diet ie calories in/calories out.
