So if its secret how does it confirm future direction?

The first arrest will be public. It has to be.

Some comms are probably not for us. So it could be that another party knows that when Fauci (or whoever) is arrested, and that could be public knowledge or not, then the next step is predetermined by it. Maybe launch a court case, a raid, arrest certain other people. There are a lot of directions in the DS: China, big pharma, billionaires playing god.
