I have been thinking a lot about the death jab (DON'T TAKE IT!). It is a multilayered thing.
Synth RNA to produce spike protein from Covid-19.
Graphene in various amounts probably to find human limits while testing.
Not sure what else?
So RNA can be shut down with Zinc + ionophore. (Just one quick doc to get this started) https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/25050823/
Could Boron be used for Graphene reduction? https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/20663653/
Paired with Sulforaphane? Which increases offloading of smoking chemicals, activates fat burning, and so much more. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29527002/

What other things could be used to an aide or at least offset a death jab? My shortlist:
HCQ
Ivermectin
Zinc
Vit-C
Vit-D
Boron
Sulforaphane
N02 (Nitric Oxide)
Daily intermittent fasting at least 12 hours, 16 or better. More than 50% of body immune response is spent keeping shit in place.
Wim Hoff or Yoga-style deep breathing.
Hot/Cold Therapy
Exercise
Graphene will be the conductor/ wires for human/ computer interface

Welcome my son
Perhaps another thing to add to your list are blood thinners to offset the clotting? Low-dose aspirin?
Asprin, yes.
For almost a month now, my mom has been suffering post-vax symptoms such as: chest tightness, myocarditis, migraines on one side of the head, as well as back and stomach pain (I can't tell exactly if it's vax-symptom, but I've heard many complain about it).
I've given her two doses of NAC, Quercetin Complex (contains Vitamin C and Bromelain), and Zinc to take daily in the morning and evening. I will say that her symptoms have improved over time after taking my recommended doses, but it's taking some time. At least she doesn't have any chest issues anymore, only once this month she had chest tightness for about 5 mins.
Today I gave her aspirin (2x 300mg tablets dissolved in water) to help with her back pain, which I assumed came from blood clots from the vax. She felt completely fine after approximately 30 mins.
I'm not too sure if exercise is a good idea actually, since my parents felt chest pain after exercise.
I'm still trying to get Ivermectin, which is unavailable in Ireland. If anyone here in Ireland knows how to get it, please help me.
Yes, very fucked. Make exercise dangerous. Exercise actually helps move stuff around for your second circulatory system. The lymphatic system is for immune response. Drops cortisol levels. Works against depression.
"I'm not too sure if exercise is a good idea actually, since my parents felt chest pain after exercise." That line says so much. I took the vax and am afraid to exercise... wow. Evil bastards.
For those who have taken the vax, they should try to do less exercise to avoid problems. My parents did have to cut back significantly on our usual long daily walks, since after a while they would start to feel pain. But thankfully they haven't really had any issues this month from their now scaled down exercise.
From what I've read, blood clots are lessened from exercise, so I'm really not sure what to recommend here.
Yeah, exercise is so healthy but now athletes are dying. So, not exercising shortens life, makes you more ill. And now mandated. 😡
NAC to remove metals such as Graphene.

Boom right there: Glutathione 👍
While most protein-rich foods, such as chicken, turkey, yogurt, cheese, eggs, sunflower seeds and legumes, contain cysteine, some people choose to supplement with NAC to increase their cysteine intake.
No word on how bugs stack up for it. LOL
