Supreme Court: This will get the government mandates (all of them) to SCOTUS, The "mandate" is unconstitutional in that it infringes on both individual liberties and usurps States rights.
-
If this won't wake people up, nothing will.
-
Big Business will be on the front lines in this fight, no matter which side they take.
-
This forces would-be tyrants to out themselves.
-
This will show the TRUE number of vaccinated in the country and I believe it is a whole lot less then the "official" number they're claiming.
-
This could actually SOLVE labor shortages for small businesses that are not following the mandate.
-
Unions representing big parts of the federal gov workforce are already preparing lawsuits to fight this, including those that represent federal law enforcement officers. Fed. LEO are now aligning with personal freedom where they SHOULD have been all along.
-
If mandate is ruled unconstitutional by SCOTUS, that should give a path for military members to fight this as well.
Edit: Thought of another one.
- FDA and CDC will now be mandated to take their own poison - many of them (50% unvaxxed as of a month or so ago). Maybe some whistle-blowers will emerge now that the vax is mandated for them too.
So, in summary: Big Business will be fighting this, Unions will be fighting this, States will be fighting this, and most importantly civil liberties groups should be fighting this on behalf of individuals. HOLD THE LINE PATRIOTS!!!
I’m in Cali , what BTFO said is correct , there are many who are so far gone , they appear to be not human. Hundreds dbl masked , fighting to save Newsom , my neighborhood is nuts banging on doors holding signs , they think Biden is great and were celebrating the news about the speech for days and pissed mandates didn’t happen sooner and aren’t stricter. I’m grateful for other parts of the country and even pockets of Cali but San Diego geeze , I feel like a lone wolf, she wolf that is ..
take a road-trip to Lake Havasu - lots of people from Cali there and hardly a mask in sight. Many of those mask wearers around you are only wearing because they don't want to hear shit from the crowd. The actions you describe from your neighborhood sound more like the acts of desperate people then from those assured of an outcome. At least the battle lines have been drawn and the enemy have made their positions known - how many on our side is the real question that is unanswered - I think we may find out very soon.
Went there in 2007 to watch my son play baseball, I live in the midwest. When people say 'oh it's a dry heat' that is true but at 120 it's still damn hot. I remember getting in our mini van and the thermometer said 119, I was like holy cow that's freaking hot. I mean we have humidity in the midwest out the wahzoo but dry heat at 120 is still hot.
Sorry for your neighborhood. Masking, even at the beach? I'm in Westside LA where people still haven't taken down their Biden signs, but even here the mask atmosphere is thawing. And the beach is maskless freedom all the time, which is encouraging. So look for the silver linings, I'm sure you'll find some...
