The world is full of double speak now. It's true the federal government has not mandated a person, directly, to get vaccinated here in the USA. The mandate is on the businessesor schools to compel people to get it.

I'm not sure I believe the CDC and biden admin can mandate anything. He is not a KING, even if he thinks he is. He is a tyrant--someone we don't have to listen to. biden is trying to get businesses to go along with him and I hope they don't and don't play his "silly" games.(I don't think there is anything silly about all this--it may not be the right word, but it is the one I used.)

The Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is developing a rule that will require all employers with 100 or more employees to ensure their workforce is fully vaccinated or require any workers who remain unvaccinated to produce a negative test result on at least a weekly basis before coming to work. OSHA will issue an Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) to implement this requirement. This requirement will impact over 80 million workers in private sector businesses with 100+ employees.
That said, it amounts to same thing as a mandate as there is no requirement for company to pay for this weekly testing.
Oh it's no problem. The government simply mandates the business. Then the business mandates to you the employee. Or you simply stop working and that solves the problem. Until you're not allowed to visit grocery stores either, or even drive at all...
