Some people have speculated that Dick Cheney was running the 9/11 operation from the bunker. By "running the 9/11 operation," I do not mean that he was trying to prevent it, but rather that he was the head terrorist in the operation. That has been speculated for years.

Here is Transportation Secretary Norman Mineta testifying about what he witnessed in the bunker. Mineta says there was a standing military order to shoot down commercial aircraft, if necessary. In this clip, he says that Cheney had issued some sort of order that appeared to be related to Flight 77.

Assuming that whatever the order was, if it was in fact carried out and not violated, and since Flight 77 (or missile) was in fact NOT shot down, we have to conclude that the order by Cheney was to NOT shoot down the incoming object.

This would mean that Cheney was overriding the general order to shoot down, and allowing the aircraft/missile to hit its target.

So, Dick Cheney ordered Flight 93 to be shot down, and then lied about the "Let's Roll" narrative. He also ordered Flight 77 (or missile) to not be shot down, allowing it to hit the Pentagon (where the $2.3T accounting "mistake" was being handled).
