Big Pharma has a chance to do Mengele-type human experimentation on millions of people without their knowledge or consent, and has been granted total immunity for any adverse effects to these people. You think they're not exploiting this opportunity by trying all sorts of different ingredients in different amounts and combinations to see who dies and who doesn't and how fast? As far as they're concerned, the people getting jabs are free lab rats.
