I think the picture is real. I doubt it's the real Biden.
I'm guessing he's the white hat Biden double. No Trump supporter will want to look anything like Biden UNLESS it is for an honorable cause. Maybe he is Q's secret weapon. Maybe they swap him in for key times like getting 13848 signed....

Good point! IDK They certainly look like SS. What do you think? If they are SS why would they just randomly let him walk into a bunch of Trump supporters who just happened to have a lot of Q symbolism floating around?

Maybe because three things:

Their job is to protect his life, not his good judgment or common sense.
Their loyalty is to the Office of the President, not necessarily the different people who occupy it.
Fulfilling their patriotic duty is more important than expressing their personal opinions.

Very few “tell-alls” come out from former SS agents. The guy who did the one on Hillary believed she seriously damaged the country while she was First Lady.
