See the right side of your screen - get involved in local politics, in your community. Currently what I am doing is volunteering for campaigns of based candidates running for office in my city council and also for our governor. I am passing out flyers and getting campaign signs erected in yards to help out the good candidates, talking to people and helping them see the light (or, as in one case over the weekend, helping them to realize they're not crazy and not the only ones thinking the way they do). I'm attending meetings for Ohioans Defending Freedom and networking with people, opportunities seem to come up all the time - I'll be marching in a yearly parade for the governor campaign I'm volunteering for come October. You just gotta get out there.
