Scroll down where it talks about the specific charges of murder of each person who died due to being denied Iver, and the punishment being death sentence or life in prison.
Thanks. Interesting author name, Justus R Hope. I remember that news. Do you know how I can find the actual court documents. I remember reading this article and the lawyers letter but I don’t remember what happened. Is the case still on going?
good question. one thing i hate about this website is that stuff gets lost and forgotten about, or resurfaces after being debunked etc. we should have these issues / cases tracked once they appear so that the evolution of then can be followed. also then debunked stuff will quit resurfacing
I am not sure how to look for dockets in Indian court system, hopefully someone can dig it up. It was filed June 13th, so my guess is it will take a lot longer before the court hears it.
My favorite take away from that article:
"Criminal prosecution of public health officials will send a powerful signal that disinformation campaigns resulting in death carry consequences. Perhaps this pathway will ultimately break the disinformation and censorship stranglehold around repurposed drug use to save lives. Maybe we will witness other countries following India’s example, both in medicine and in law."

Going through the brief, I notice that a legal action has not yet been initiated.
Here is the court brief
