That's an interesting case being her company contracts with a Federal entity (mil), yet State's rights should prevail if her company is strictly in Alabama? I'm no law nerd, just musing.

They do have a couple of places in the US but also in 3 other countries, from what I saw on their website. I found this sentence on their main USA page ...

(Name of company) USA is positioned to support both commercial and government (type of things they build) as well as services and support worldwide.

I took out the company Name & what they build for my friends privacy and don't want any back lash on employees if the company ever saw this post.
