Pfizer's FDA approved "Comirnaty" is not even in the states, and won't be for a Year or Two. The only thing they have to offer is the BioNTech vaccine, which is still EUA only approved. Can one's job be lost because one does not take an EUA JAB?

They are treading on legal thin ice and they know it. You, hell. All of us need to force the issue. Make them do it by the book. Conversations mean nothing and emails hold little weight. If they do not fully document, there is no court that will take their side, they know it. They might "tell"people they are fired or "do not return to work" and try to force people into signing resignations that have nothing to do with the vaccine.
If they try to go that far DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING THAT DOES NOT CLEARLY STATE WHY THEY ARE TERMINATING YOU(not veing vaccinated) AND THAT THEY ARE CHOSING TO TERMINATE FOR THAT REASON.
Sorry for all caps. Trying to get that point accross to everyone. HR is thdre for a reason. To protect the business from litigation. They will lie all day to cover their bosses ass. In the end, only the documentation can be brought to court.
