Ohhhhh! I know exactly what this is! Well I haven't read the book myself but after reading the wiki I recall that this type of content is all alluding to what's known as Transactional Analysis within human social interactions.
These are alot of the same concepts I entrenched myself in for several years in working to condition myself to be a much more extroverted and socially intelligent person.
