23% effective at best - usually just makes flu worse

I read 40% at best - but only against four of LAST year's strains, because it takes 9 mos. to develop the vax for those. You're ALWAYS exposed to this year's MUTATED VARIANTS wooooo yet your immune system handles it...as long as you haven't had the Immune System Cancel-Jab.
