spez: to reinstate Trump, the military would have to take obvious control for a period of time, then they might be able to reinstall Trump somehow. I'm guessing that there couldn't just be the military one day stating that all was fraudulent and, bada bing... Trump is back in as President. Either, they would have to state that he has been President this whole time under a War Powers proclamation, or they would have to proclaim the old election invalid and have a new one. And think of the SC challenges just starting at that point. Would the 3 bodies of govt still be in control or would it be martial law for a period?

You're assuming Kamala (and Pelosi for that matter) won't also be guilty. As for the rest of your questions - who knows (not me, that's for sure) this is all uncharted territory.
