This, I am EXTRMELY suspect that this is misinformation because the source is Woodward.

They don't come more blue dog and deep state than Woodward. This is the man who "punished" Nixon for "daring" to end the Vietnam war.

Think about it, maybe Biden botched Afghanistan to take out the military trying to stop him?
