Sooner you realize your health is YOUR CONTROL and be accountable for it - sooner you get help.

I had a list of health issues. Gone.

Why? I told my MD to fuck off and started eating right and taking care of myself cuz I realized 80% of the people out there are trying to kill me - knowingly or unknowingly

Take care. If you aren’t sound you can’t help hold the line.

Spiritually, Health wise, or Cognitively.
