He also told his underlings to only obey his orders, and ignore Trump's.
That's treason. Plain and simple.

To assure his Chinese counterpart that he could freeze Trump out of responding to the Chinese corona Bio attack and massive vote manipulation from computer locations all across the Chinese mainland.
He was an active participant in a foreign Coup against President Trump and our constitutional election system.
He was an active player in the scheme to overthrow our Government.
