For some time now I have suspected that the military is divided into two distinct arenas... the show military that seems to stumble and bumble through every woke crap they can, and a more disciplined but silent military that is poised to take names and kick ass when the order is given. I have no sauce to back it up, but that is what I suspect.
It's a story of white hats and black hats. For too long the military failed to enforce the discipline necessary to keep us safe and secure. There was the unwritten rule that you don't make waves because in the end is a big paying job with a defense contractor. The military-industrial complex as Eisenhower called it because a good old boy club where the end goal wasn't to retire after an illustrious career but rather to put your 20 years in and jump to the highest bidder.
The longer the military sits around and does nothing, the more they look like traitors. Especially in light of the AFG fiasco and now this traitor exposed within their own ranks.
Someone please convince me otherwise.
Shouldn't the secretary of defense be having a shit fit over this? The fact this isn't happening is quite telling.
A couple things come to mind. First, the Joint Chiefs are not in the direct chain of command for combat troops. They can make the military look bad, but they are not giving the commands on how to execute.
Second, remember the MSM story about a secret military of around 60,000 people? Depending on who they are reporting to, 60,000 troops buried deep in companies and other organizations could be exerting a great deal of control.
For the sake of argument, let’s say Trump is working with Milley. It’s a for-the-cameras, fake fight, like when Trump pretended to bewildered with Sessions (even though he was rounding up pedos at the highest rate ever).
Trump stepped aside for the optics - he can’t forcibly retake the White House or you get a civil war. Almost everyone here believes there’s a faction in the military that’s still loyal to President Trump. What if this is for similar optics? The Milley spat would provide similar optics, and put some distance between himself and the military (as they do exactly what we’ve expected all along and remove the bad actors). New elections could be run by the military and maybe 1 in 1000 people would suspect that it was coordinated by the Q contingent. Trump gets back in office despite having been out of power, and at odds with the military.
Makes it seem legitimate in the eyes of normies.
Added: Milley would also have to play his part, and make himself seem as far from MAGA as possible. Hence acting like an over the top cartoon caricature of wokeness.

This. Joint chiefs are practically decorated secretaries and advisors.
Judicial Watch FOIA'd the transcripts of Milley's calls with Pelosi and PLA back in March. Guess they haven't gotten them yet.

Correct, Milley is nothing more than an advisor to the Resident. He can't command anyone and no troops report to him.
