The entire presidential cabinet along with the AG (Garland) is ineligible when the election is decertified. All that would be left is President pro tempore of the Senate, Patrick Leahy, so he must be indicted around the same time as Pelosi.
Can you give me the law that details who becomes ineligible if an election is decertified? Or the Acts or Amendments that discuss decertification?
I'm not trolling or trying to start anything, honestly. But I really don't know of anything in the Constitution that speaks of decertifying an election.
I'm not being negative or a doomer. I think President Trump really won the election and Biden needs to be removed. But it's preaching to the choir here.
If you try to talk to normies about any of this, they constantly ask where those laws are. And I don't have an answer to that. If you do, please let me know.
Anyone appointed by the president is ineligible if the president is no longer legitimate. That includes cabinet members and the Attorney General. The fake president never had the power to appoint them.
But the chain of command doesn't end with Pelosi.
There are at least 15 people in line. After SOH it goes on to all the Secretaries of the Cabinet.
Check out the Presidential Succesion Act of 1947 to see the chain of command.

Again, preaching to the choir. How do you back that up with evidence for those that don't already agree with you?
