I skipped through to try to figure out what the headline was referring to, and could not find anything outside of talking heads discussing the Milley situation. It might be buried in there somewhere, but I do not have time to watch half an hour of this to find it.

I honestly don't know and don't really care enough to investigate. It has a lot of subscribers, so it's possible someone had a quote in there that Fox decided to capitalize on in order to soak in views.
