I am not defending her, but this is true to some extent. There isn't anything in the Constitution that addresses this problem for POTUS. Nothing.
I know there was a SC ruling that stated that "fraud vitiates everything". That applies to any elections including POTUS. However, what the SC giveth, the SC can take away. If the SC is DS, then Trump isn't going to get back in that way. Just because the SC ruled one way back in the late 1800s doesn't mean the current one has to (they're always concerned about precedent, but they don't always follow it ... Dred Scott is one such example).
If they're going to get Trump reinstated, it has to be a plan that gets him back into power constitutionally. It's ironclad that way and doesn't require bullshit court rulings. The only way that happens is if Trump becomes Speaker of the House somehow, then becomes POTUS based on the line of succession. A lot of stuff has to happen for that to occur, but if there really is a plan in place and it is executed successfully, it won't take much to make that a reality.
One other thing I'd prefer to see ... I'd like to see Trump back Feb 1 2023. That date assumes that the plan was executed and we have some kind of interim POTUS while the military is bringing the criminals to justice. If he comes back on that date, he can serve out the last two years of the term Biden stole, then serve another 4 WHEN he would win reelection in 2024. If Trump comes back earlier (it's actually 2 years to the date Biden was "inaugurated", not Feb 1), then he can only serve the remainder of Biden's stolen term. I'd prefer to have another 6 years of MAGA vs 3.
Plan lol
