Many of us don't use Twitter. I didn't even see part 1, but I scroll through here to see content and I suspect many people do. We should do a better job of being proactive though and not rely on others to do the digging always.

I remember learning about massive fires and crowds gathering and firefighters never coming because everyone assumed someone else called the fire department.

Seems like the same tendency of human nature at work.
