I wondered about that. You need a negative test for entry to things but you shouldn't get tested if you're asymptomatic. Another Catch-22?

Also - why aren't tests from "Alberta Health Services or Alberta Precision Laboratories" acceptable? Is this document saying they aren't legitimate testing places?
