Ways not to die:

  1. Keep refined Sugar and Flour the fuck out of your body

  2. Avoid Hospitals for anything but total traumatic injury. You bleeding out? They can help. You sick? They can't really help outside of flooding you with anti-biotics and saline. Guess what - you can do this at home and it's HELLA cheaper.
