Corpus is nice, right on the beach with good restaurants and reasonable housing prices and if you get homesick for New York, Houston is just an hour away.

Oh I don't live in NY, but in a shitty blue west coast state that's only appeal was legal cannabis but legal weed isn't worth all this other bullshit
