Stalin dropped out of Orthodox Christian seminary. Russia has very complicated history. Even Solzhenitsyn has trouble explaining it. Also there was no UN in 1917, and Wilson’s (another puppet) League of Nations was still a distant dream then.

It’s good to deeply research before making claims. Claims need substantiation or they are piffle.

On the surface you are right.

Below the surface, the move towards a league of Nations hails from the mid/ later 19th century.

Consider all the international treaties made.

Start in 1814 after the defeat of Napoleon.
