It could be, especially if you are double whacked and now regret it? Speaking to a friend only today, she had both, now feels like shit, coughing for weeks and missing her monthly period which never happens. She is now well aware and it obviously gets to her. I tried my utmost to stop her, but she's training to be a nurse so she thought she had no choice.
