Look at their attempt to spin this. They are trying to starve them on purpose. It doesn't add up, if they have to kill the pigs because there isn't enough gas to humanely slaughter them why do they have to "humanely cull" them and waste the meat? Holy cow! What’s more important? Feeding people or lulling pigs into a disoriented state before killing them? There are other ways to stun them as CherokeePede suggests. Old farmers I knew just slit the pigs throat, pig didn’t realize anything was wrong and just slowly lost consciousness.

Exactly, how can they cull them which means kill if they don't have the gas to slaughter, which is also kill? If both are humane they should be able to use the meat anyway. It's just an excuse for population control... they act like we're stupid.
