I'll believe it when I see it. The same thing happened in NH. We won the right to an audit and the idiot who negotiated the terms didn't anticipate the level of corruption and agreed to terms the opposition was able to manipulate. All 3 auditor picks were from the same firm or had conflicts of interest, which is why the audit came back clean. I don't understand why they even negotiated with the BOS in AZ? The BOS obviously feel that they can do a work around with whatever language was agreed to.
