Update: Wife's religious exemption with Cox Health was approved, but I need help still...

Good news, it was approved (surprisingly) after citing bible verses and that she believes it's the mark of the beast (which we don't believe, but it's a good excuse that many are using)
However, Cox is trying to force her to get the nasal test WEEKLY in lieu of this.
What is a good way she can fight this, cause it's a little harder to claim religious exemption for this...

I don't have the link. I'd start by going to either Google, your state unemployment agency website, or the federal EEOC, and just type in "My employer wants to fire me for a medical condition; what do I do?" and see where it goes. Those websites and agencies are usually all about helping people sue their employers, and spell it all out. The search bar here is helpful also, I'd go through posts using the terms "don't quit" or "fired" or even "Ada." Sorry I don't have better. But that's what the EEOC and the ADA are for.

Treating people differently is discrimination: if you do it based on vaxxed or unvaxxed, it's discrimination based on that status. If everyone gets tested, regardless of vax status, then it's not discrimination.
