GAW platform and hosting

I'm interested in developing a message board that uses a similar foundation as GAW (different topic of course). Can anyone point me to resources of the development, and how it's hosted without censorship. Thanks

Thank You... not looking for "free"... but your censorship point is well taken. After viewing the catbox link you posted, I think I see your point about being comped, and Reason.
