Psychopaths can be trained to at least follow social norms of acceptability, but you have to catch it early as fuck, like before they're five if i recall.

The thing is you also have to watch out for, in lack of a better word, moral totalitarians as well. These are people who, while well meaning, unironically believe it's their duty to run you're life for you, because you don't make the decisions they believe is best for you. They don't think they're oppressing you, because what they're doing is "for your own good," even though they're stealing your resources, restricting your movement, and telling you what to think, where to go, who to talk to, etc.

Some of these people exist on the right, but most of the loudest right now are on the left.
