Harris is Senate Tie Breaker - Senate has to confirm any VP Harris tries to appoint - No Senate Tie Breaker vote if Harris is now Prez and no VP is appointed. Taking out Biden and Putting in Harris actually weakens dems ability to get things out of Congress. Food for thought.
