I take w/ Zinc and C in my Quercetin and D3 every single day just to stay healthy, although I will cut out the Q and Zinc when all this crap is over unless needed.
I've read you need a zinc ionophore for the quercetin to work. 500 mg Q per day, 50 Zinc, 6 to 10,000 IU D3 and 1000 mg C. If sick take the Q twice a day for a few days. But I also wonder what dosage of Ivermectin to take. We metabolize different than animals so not sure of the dosage of that. Dr Zelenco has it but I'm not too good at figuring our mg/mcg, etc. per kg.
Quercetin alone? Or with zinc?

This is Dr Zelenko's protocol

Iām pretty sure Quceretin is a Zinc ionophore.
Yes, the Zinc needs the ionophore not the other way around. The horse kind is one notch = 50lbs.
Quercetin is a zinc ionophore, just as hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin are.
They work by allowing zinc to pass into the cells. It's the zinc itself that boosts immunity.
There are plenty of natural foods that also contain quercetin, such as blueberries, grapes, honey, red onions, etc.
As far as zinc goes, beef, lamb, hummus (chickpeas), lentils, dark chocolate, mushrooms, avocado are all decent sources.
I take a zinc supplement as well and have been for months now.
You should balance a little bit of copper with your zinc intake. Food may just do this already though, depending how much zinc you take.
I read that some people have a zinc deficiency so adding zinc really helps with that.
Most people don't need the extra zinc at all, but it definitely doesn't hurt so why not?
My rancher buddy in tx says everyone down there doing 2 cc liquid every two weeks does that sound right?
