As always, the devil is in the details. What is meant by the wording? Will the special master be accompanied by Cyber Ninja tech people who are doing the work or is this the ole switcheroo that we saw with the NH audit? The negotiator thought he'd done a swell job of pinning down the details only to be thwarted by the town selectmen selling him out and picking the same audit team company as the SOS did. We'll soon see.
