Just so people know, that isn't new. Type some of the text, put it in quotation marks, and Google it.

You'll see we already danced this dance back in 2016. Even Snopes had their obligatory deboonk article.

I would be more interested with coinciding proof the email is legitimate. Did anything accompany this in the post?

Was it really in the Wikileaks dump? I’ve studied a lot of those emails and I don’t remember seeing this one. It’s almost too damning to believe.
