I truly thought Colorado was lost until this Clerk hit the scene! Tina Peters has balls of steel! God bless her for DOING something!

Thats a professional way of saying, you committed a crime by deleting data and covering your tracks… but i outsmarted you by imaging the machines before you deleted everything… i caught you… your fucked!!!

It emphasizes the importance of the logs and presents reasons why logs are considered election related data that falls under the 25 month retention period specified by Colorado law--3 months longer than the 22 month retention period required in Federal Law HAVA.

Made me think about the importance in AZ of the additional splunk logs, etc.

Shows deletions and alterations in logs, election database files, and the system itself.

This made me wonder in how many other states have they done a similar "Trusted Build" process that destroys data that should be retained by law.

I'm kinda disappointed in the report as it just reported changes between images. What it looks like to me is that they applied an EFI image with zero attempt to preserve election data.

The most messed up thing about their system is that the actual vote cast record is a binary object stored in the database that is decoded by the application. Without the application or some sort of external decoder, there's no way to know how the vote was casted.
