Not easy to find green tips these days. Mostly target ammo out there.

M193 out of a 16"+ barrel will rip through anything M855 will and then some. Velocity is what gives 5.56 it's strengths, 20" barreled ar's firing m193 will blow right through ar500, put HUGE deformation on UHMWPE, and some 3+ plates.
