This interview is interesting... appears Gould is not part of the Cyber Symposium team at this point in time... Gould's statements are in concordance with what Kirk Wiebe says... same questions.... who gathered the data, how was it gathered, chain of custody issues, in addition to looking at the data.
I still get a hinky feeling about the whole Cyber Security Symposium ... that the entire thing... including this interview with Doug Gould, are set ups, and that Gould, if not the interviewer, are scripted to be part of a greater narrative.

Who captured the data... the PCAPS... and why are lawyers involved in what could be released for analysis by the cyber experts invited to the Cyber Symposium. As Dr. Frank implies... and Doug Gould states clearly, if they release any data that identifies passwords and users... they can be charged with a federal criminal crime.
This, I think, explains why Lindell and all others representing or presenting the PCAP capture data... refer to the results they post as "extrapolatons" of the PCAP data.
The draw to the Cyber Symposium was the PCAPs... experts were allowed a peek at the data... while the marks...the non-expert "representatives from 50 states" (that is a joke of a claim by Lindell he should be ashamed to keep repeating... and anyone who watched the entire 3 day program live knows why) were presented with the Dr. Frank / Draza (Smith) / Keschel /Colbeck / Shiva / Clements data and presentations on interpreting the data.
