Theres a Q in each image, or at least what could be construed as a Q if you are looking for them.

Top left image: the dial on the instrument they are examining.

Bottom left: the wiring hanging beyond the bed.

Top right: what appears to be a life perserver on the wall left center.

Probably stretching it here but would make a good Find the Q drinking game.
