I hate cooking but have learned to make a pizza crust with almond flour and mozzarella that is to die for. I went off keto in 2020 figured if I was going to die from covid I was going to damn well have chocolate but I'm getting back on it now. I try to eat one meal a day with 20 grams of carbs or less it takes work but I don't go hungry.
Honestly the key may be “compressed eating window.” The longer you can go all day without eating , your body really enjoys it. All your healing is done while not eating, eating creates an inflammation response in your body … OMAD would be another way, to help with healing time … using this all my joint / arthritic pain is gone. I lost 20 pounds just cutting sugar, but the compressed eating window cut the last 10. I Eat meat every day for lunch.
Protein and leafy greens … that’s its. Boring. and once you get a handle on it, you can add fun stuff back in. The more exercise you do, more fun stuff you can eat.

The two JRE with Marc Sisson are amazing about this type of “regimen” or “lifestyle” also. He is primal diet / kitchen guy
good for you, we're not supposed to be overweight & the deepstate has made it the norm. there was on chubby girl in my grade school class in the 70s, now they're a overweight kids everywhere. easy way to weaken a country.
add fat and you won't have hunger pains, butter, coconut oil.
I also drink snake juice, It's a mix of sea salt, potassium and magnesium for my electrolytes.
Also cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, cabbage, zucchini, some low carb fruits like strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, almonds, pumpkinseeds are all keto foods. I could go on but check out the videos I mentioned above,.
I've gone against government advice and my total went up to 1300 pounds without steroids. But my weight has stayed the same though, I just look beefier from all the beef I've been eating. I can see a six pack forming underneath what used to be nothing but blubber.
Ive gone against all government advice given since last year....lost 100 pounds and have never been healthier.

There, I'm working on compressing my eating window again right now I'm at two meals a day, working back towards one.
Same fasting has been part of my lifestyle for the past 3 years. Dropped and kept of 50 lbs.

I was always the biggest girl ever since i was young...its weird being smaller now than when i was in high school.
It’s very easy to load up on foods that have no nutritional value. You never really are satiated, plus the bad food is addictive.
If i try and eat now the way that i used to, i would get sick. An apple makes me feel amazing...a cookie gives me a headache.

Drink water when you wanna eat. Control that hunger....gotta fast to do that.
