Isaiah 30 is an incredible passage about people putting their faith in the wrong things and being intentionally blind and deaf to those pointing out the correct direction: salvation (physically and spiritually) comes from God alone.
As a result, those who are faithless will receive judgement, but those who are faithful or who turn back and call to God for help will receive blessing while God brings judgment on His enemies.
