Just determine your metabolism and consume fewer calories than you burn. Unless you have "a special condition" that makes you magically fat when you eat fewer calories than you burn (which is physically impossible, but is claimed by Fatties everywhere).
That’s called correlation and not causation buddy. I eat fast food everyday and am in better shape 90% of people I see walking around.

Exactly. I don't eat fast food and I've had weight issues my entire life. I do eat snacks on occasion, but my diet consists mostly of healthy meals.
